These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to EthicPages services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service description

EthicPages helps you generate, host (on eligible plans), and export Trust Center documentation. Generated content is calibrated to information you provide; you are responsible for reviewing documents before sharing with buyers or regulators.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew per your selected billing cycle unless canceled. One-time plans grant defined access without hosting or ongoing updates as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use EthicPages to generate unlawful content, impersonate others, scrape the service, or circumvent security. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property

We retain rights to the platform. You retain rights to your company information and generated documents. You grant us a license to host and process content solely to provide the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." ETHICPAGES DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. GENERATED DOCUMENTS ARE TEMPLATES REQUIRING YOUR REVIEW.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EthicPages is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts for breach. Upon termination, hosting ends per your plan terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict rules.
